There was SO much to take in at the Reina Sofia. Standing in front of Picasso's Guernica was memorable, pinch me I'm here moment.

I loved the installation by Joëlle Tuerlinckx, titled Crystal Times. Reflexión sin sol / Proyecciones sin objeto. This is just a piece of one of the rooms. Three rooms were filled to the brim and the rest of the exhibition space left empty but for a small model diorama of the space and the natural light of the gallery windows. My kind of emptiness.
*11/3/09 - today's NYT had an article on Joelle Tuerlinckx's installation at the Palacio de Cristal!
