The Armoury Gallery - TONIGHT

petrified, 2009 - installation view

My March madness is coming to and end with the third and final opening for me this month. It has been a challenge to keep up with each event but I am really pleased with each of the exhibitions! For this exhibition at the Armoury I have worked with some of the shark teeth that I collected at the Hermitage Artist Retreat. It takes approximately 10,000 years for a shark tooth to fossilize....

Orion Magazine, nature / culture / place

I am pleased to have 15 images in the current (March/April) issue of Orion Magazine. Thanks Jason. I am thrilled to be paired with Richard Louv's article promoting a child's right to experience nature. I was pleased to see friend Rebecca Horne's images reproduced in the issue as well. Documentary photographer Jonathan Olley has a powerful piece The Forbidden Forest, where the Great War continues to generate casualties. Check out the issue here.
