My friend Paula McCartney is having a show at the Minnesota Center for Photography from Aug 19 - Oct 8. Bird Watching is an interesting series of photographs created with craft store birds in moody landscapes. Longing and a gentle humor fill her images. I wish I could be in MN for the opening!

Award helps pay for show in Seattle
I am grateful for the support of the Greater Milwaukee Foundataion's Mary L. Nohl Fund Suitcase Export Fund for Visual Art.
Wow that is a mouth full! The award supported the transportation of my photographs and my flight to Seattle for the show at PCNW. Thanks to the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Visual Arts Milwaukee, and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Peck School of the Arts for their generous support.
